Back in 1983 I got “bit by the real estate bug” and decided to get my real estate license. At that time, the economy was coming out of a recession and interest rates were 13% or more. My original intent was to buy a house for myself. But I soon learned that I loved helping people buy and sell real estate. (I was good at it too!) Since that time, I have successfully helped thousands of St. Louisans with their real estate needs. The last time I checked (and it’s been a while) I had sold over $130,000,000 in residential real estate.

There are a couple of reasons I can attribute to my success. The first reason is that I really like helping people. My clients know they could/can trust me to put their needs first. The second reason is that I learned early on to leverage my efforts through the use of technology and a team concept. These same reasons hold true today. They have been instrumental in the successes I have been able to achieve for my clients.

Here’s some success examples: I have helped…

  • Successfully marketed and sold “relocation” property for a number of homeowners who were transferred out of town. I have earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation – The official relocation designation of the Employee Relocation Council
  • Numerous home buyers build new construction at all price ranges. I was awarded the Jones Company “Hall of Fame” award
  • Successfully counseled and helped many home sellers “trade up” or “trade down” to another home. In order to accomplish this, I have created and implemented a strategy to get their existing home sold, to help them locate and secure the new property, and to coordinate the transition between the two properties.
  • Educate and inform first-time buyers on the home purchase process and then helped them find their first home.
  • Advised and assisted home sellers whose previous listing had expired. Often this has been to identify why the property did not sell previously and then to implement a successful strategy to get the property sold.
  • For Sale By Owners who were not able to get their property sold. To do this I have developed cost effective marketing strategies and then successfully implemented them to get their property sold.
